baked beans
yoghurt
Feel better, more energised, excited and happy!
No, the chocolate bar doesn't count as food, and honestly the apple isn't enough.

I need to remind myself of this a lot. I get into the habit of not eating properly and then wonder why I feel the way I do. Tuna or yoghurt are my go to things these days.
