It was my daughters 5th birthday party on the weekend and we hosted a Sport's Day party.
It was excellent, with some of the kids telling me it was the best party they had ever been to!
Plus it was so simple.
Just like exercising.
Exercising doesn't need to be some wild, extravagant escapade!
Here is my simple way to write yourself a work out for the gym or home.
Pick 4 exercises
Do as many of a single exercises as you can in a row, when you want to stop do 3 more.
1 for legs
1 for arms
1 for core
1 for cardio
E.g.
Squats
Push ups
Sit ups
Star jumps
Squat as many times as you can in a row, then when you want to stop because you think you can't do anymore, do 3 more.
Apply this to all exercises.
Repeat 3 times.
You can do this with any exercise you like.
