Mood training; what does it mean?

In my last email I wrote about how I love a slow workout, which is completely true.

But if you're anything like me, I love so many things which would seem like they are opposites, but to me it just makes sense.

Which is why today I want to share why I love hard, fast paced workout.

I love hard, fast paced workouts because they make me feel gooood.

The science supports that the harder the workout the better you feel.

This is why, on days where I'm feeling really flat I know I need to push myself & work hard.

I firmly believe that you should be training for your mood to get you moving consistently.

That doesn't mean if your mood says you can't be bothered, then you don't do anything.

It means that when you mood says you can't be bothered maybe you do a slow, flow workout.

Or if your mood says you're feeling anxious, flat or just crappy, then it's probably a good idea to ramp up your training and give it everything you've got.

Training for your mood means that as long as you move your body, you're going to be ok.
